The long range weather forecast for the North East is for a colder than average December. This if it does indeed occur will hopefully force the Northern Bald Eagles further South to places like Conowingo Dam with it's Hydro Electric Generating Plant which guarantees open water with plenty of fish. I think 2016 was the last really good Winter with lots of Eagles though there's always some present.
