It was stunning light this morning but initially no birds due to bastard Cooper's Hawk hanging around looking for breakfast. There was an overnight frost and it was still below freezing when I went out to fill up the feeders. The first bird to show up was a first of the year Mockingbird. He'll be around for a while, until Spring at least, I'm surprised I haven't noticed him until now.
