We viewed Loch Carnain An Amais on the road from Calgary to Tobermory several times and the changing hues were amazing. Different every time . What the name means in Gaelic I have no idea. There's actually 3 named lochs all joined together here, in the middle it's Loch Meadhoin and on the eastern end it's Loch Peallach.
